We we’re in the defense process and everything going well until my transition of office manager/ personal assistant changed and they dropped my staff dropped the ball on something I was supposed to do that was urgent and time sensitive but failed to .. Mr Delgado is a “miricale worker!” He is a great attorney and extremely dilegent on working for the best possible outcome for his clients. He stayed in communication with me throughout my daughter’s case. He was able to guide her and I through the whole process. I just want to start with how grateful I am with this law firm! When I first met Mr.Cassidy, he was so warm and welcoming. He took over an hour of his time in his office to speak with my husband and I, and let our son run around playing. He insisted that “kids will be kids” and was super humble. He was very reassuring and sweet. I also had another personals issue come up and I contacted the firm and Mr. Delgado called me almost instantly and was very helpful and attentive to me.
