If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. Starting with the secretary and her diarrhea face, who was so unprofessional and unpleasant. Later to tell me that they couldn’t help me because they were “so busy”, even though there was nobody in the waiting room and all they were doing was staring into space. All they could tell me was, “we will give you a call later” and I am still waiting for the call, 2 days later. Complete BS!
