Although we never met in person because of the Pandemic. Chris and his staff brought my case to a favorable outcome for me! What I appreciated the most was his experience and knowledge of the procedure. He let me know what to expect, what was normal, and what was going to be different because of the pandemic. After dealing with another Attorney firm that didn’t take my case seriously. Nor help me in anyway I was very discouraged when I met Christopher. He gave me his word that he would fight for me and everything would be just fine. Nikki was wonderful with answering all my emails and questions. I had my hearing with the Judge over the phone in Christopher office. He performed as if he we were in the court room making it very comfortable for me. My case was approved!! Christopher and his staff was knowledgeable, helpful, positive and wonderful to work with. After dealing with another Attorney firm that didn’t take my case seriously. Nor help me in anyway I was very discouraged when I met Christopher. He gave me his word that he would fight for me and everything would be just fine. Mr. Harrell spent about an hour on the phone with me preparing me for the workings of the phone hearing. He never rushed me or got frustrated answering my many questions. He made me feel very at ease. I asked him before my hearing if he thought I had a good chance of winning.
