I made a 11 am appointment, I showed up 15 minutes early to do paperwork I had discussed with the appointment receptionist. I completed the paperwork and sat there for an additional 20 minutes. No receptionist, everyone’s doors closed. A gentleman came out and said someone would be with me in a few minutes. 5 minutes later I took the hint and left.
