Rob Wheatly and his assistant paralegal Macy are absolutely thee most unethical, unprofessional law firm I have ever come into contact with. If you are a criminal looking to hire a criminal with a license then Rob Wheatly is who you should call. I am currently filling a grievance against him with the NC State Bar association and if you are his client or have to deal with him on any matter then I suggest you contact the NC Public Leazon as well as the state bar. I am one of many who have filled complaints. Stay far away from this law firm!

The best and oldest firm in Carteret County, handling all your legal needs from civil litigation, real estate closing and contracts, maritime law, personal injury, criminal law (DWI, speeding tickets, drug charges) and domestic law (divorce, child custody and support, equitable distribution). There’s no other firm comparable.

Claud, how do you explain being part of this? You ought to have recused yourself at the very least. You were THE agent of state-sanctioned institutional racism and theft against this family.Kicked Off the Land – New Yorker, 7/22/19
