Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ResponsivenessCraig was supposed to get my husband and I out of our lease from our previous apartment due to unsafe living conditions. He supposedly got us an agreement that we would be able to leave, not pay that months rent since we were leaving at the beginning of the month, and we would get $500 of our deposit back. It’s been almost two years and my husband and I are both sitting on $3,212 a piece on our credit scores from said apartment not only charging us for rent but then adding tons of fees and charges. No matter how many times we’ve contacted Craig he says he’ll get back to us then never does or he simply ignores our emails and phone calls. He said he would do our case pro-bono and I see why now, cuz he didn’t do anything to help us. Worst experience with a lawyer ever.
