Disappointed, frustrated, dumbfounded. My parents went to Mr. Crawford years ago to get their POA’s, Deeds, and other things in order should they become incapacitated or die. I think he did a good job on the paperwork work but I wouldn’t know nor do I know what much of it means since his office now refuses to talk to my family. My dad suffers from a disease and probably wore out his welcome there but all his papers say to contact Attorney Crawford when this or that happens. Well, this and that have happened and we don’t know what to do or how to proceed! We have had questions! I called to make an appointment. No one called back and then the secretary hung up on my brother when he called. “We no longer represent your family.” Really? So, you can’t make an appointment to help us with this like your paper says? We didn’t expect it to be free if that is what they are thinking. Customers lost. I’ll be happy to give someone else my money now.
