Gracious don’t these all sound like testimonials on TV ads? And don’t you just hate those ads? Of course, these are probably all true, because Bubba is a dedicated, caring professional. He also has been a dear friend for, what, 15 years? So when I finally forced myself to put together an estate plan, one decision was simple: Bubba would be my attorney. I sent him a note spelling out what I wanted to do, we had a couple of phone conversations, and much sooner than I had time to deal with it, Aimee was calling to schedule a time for me to review and sign the documents.
