I had no experience with establishing a trust. An acquaintance suggested this firm as he had used them himself. I was more than pleased with the work Katie Bindrup had done for me. She was thorough, competent, trustworthy and very patience with me. She used language that this layman could understand; answered all of my questions and put me at ease with my concerns. My mother trusted David’s firm to manage her trust, and I am so grateful for her decision. David was always available to answer my questions and help me through the Trustee process. We first learned of Bindrup Law Firm in 2016 when we attended a presentation David was giving. Both my mother and I had our Trusts completely redone and David and Katie were able to make multiple changes due to mistakes that were made from previous attorneys (outside of NV) years ago. They are exceptionally knowledgeable as well. I was about 6-7 months pregnant with my son during all of this and their explanations of their recommendations are very thorough and I have felt very comfortable in their abilities and customer service in also recommending them to others. I have since left NV and recently made changes to my Trust via phone conference with Katie and nothing else could’ve been easier. I cannot state how pleased we have been working with them.
