Threatened foster care to a child rather than to make an agreement between two parents. I would not suggest hiring him as he would not care if your child got taken from the parents as long as he wins. A Family attorney should not be in this line of work if they are worried about winning or losing, save it for the people who actually care about the well being and safety of a child. It has taken over 6 months for him to refund the money left in my trust account. I have been calling and calling about it. Every time is a different excuse. He even blames my exes attorney for him not able to do certain steps. I cant tell you how many family emergencies come up and he isn’t available.
