On Sept 17 2015 I contacted John at Dawson Documents because I needed paperwork prepared, filed, and served. I emailed him the paperwork he asked for to get started and waited. About a month later I called him to find out why I hadn’t heard anything and he explained that he had “dropped the ball” and would get on it right away. Two weeks after that I called again since he never did call back or email that everything was done and he wouldn’t answer the phone.
