I would not recommend Dan to anyone. They were nothing but rude and very unprofessional after the first time I spoke with him and paid the retainer fee. Every phone call he would interrupt me to ask his secretary if I was up to date on payments which he had already been paid in full. There was very little communication and he did absolutely nothing he told me he would do. In turn a child custody matter that should have taken 2 months is still on going 7 months later and I’ve hired different counsel due to the lack of urgency, professionalism, and compassion from himself and his partner. They speak illy of their clients with other attorneys all with in ear shot directly before a hearing. If you want to throw your money away and get your time wasted you can hire him.

Just a terrible lawyer. Will say anything to get you to retain him, and then will refuse to follow through with filing motions. Charged me more for out of county when he literally never traveled. Didn’t respond to emails and phone calls. I ended up negotiating my divorce myself because they couldn’t bother after taking my money. Can’t provide itemized billings. Avoid at all costs.
