I was given the wrong court dates, not informed of a court date, poor communications, and court hearing was rescheduled because they couldn’t be available. I expressed my problems to multiple people including their office in Austin and no one had anything to say. Very upset that I paid for a service and wasn’t even given the bear minimum. You would be better off with a court appointed lawyer!! Don’t waste your time or money. They caused me more stress and anxiety then doing their job!

do not hire. this guy has no clue what he is doing. he will cancel appointments, text you nonsense, tell you not to show up to court and text last minute to show up. he literally has no clue what was going on. for over a year he just sat and did nothing. Michael Casaretto changes law offices like we change socks. why? because he has a negative reputation. look up the reviews on other sites before you even call this guy. short tempered, clueless, scam. a waste of your time. this may be the first actual review. I don’t doubt his sleazy persona would fake reviews. save your money and frustration and hire another attorney. Not him and NOT ONE from this frim. He has not received fair treatment. The original attorney we had (Michael C.) was lazy, incompetent, a big blowfish full of hot air, and did not show any interest in representing my son. Most of the time when we had court appearances, a different attorney showed up..They had no idea what was going on. The last court appearance we had Mr. Moody came, he asked if our attorney set up a meeting to discuss the case and talk about discovery. Our answer was no.I stopped paying a couple times due to no communication, and financial hardships. This firm was going to drop my son as a client because of that. Until I left a review, was asked to take it down and write something positive. I did on the condition that they please represent my son. I was told to continue payments. That the attorney (Corey) would contact us and set up a meeting where my son could have his side heard. Crickets is what we heard for weeks, I called and was transferred to an answering machine, I left a message, my call was not returned until today by the account manager, not the attorney. I am informed that full payment is needed before the court hearing on Friday September 3rd 2021. All they care about is money, the client is of no consequence.
