Horrible firm. Tried calling to speak with a lawyer regarding a completely legitimate legal matter, & the receptionist who answered was VERY aggressive & condescending. Nevertheless, I didn’t fight her on the disrespect, & kept quiet as she continues to blatantly talk over me seconds after asking me a question, & then at one point she scoffed loudly, paused, then said I’d been yelling & she couldn’t help me. BEFORE she hung up though, I explained to her that I hadn’t in fact been yelling, that I had an apartment full of guests, & that the call also went through my computer so I could provide whoever a copy for verification, but she still terminated the call. After this I tried calling back, went as far as to APOLOGIZE if my voice was coming across loudly over the phone, but I wasn’t yelling, wasn’t even upset at the time, & just wanted some assistance, to which she scoffed agai & hugh up the phone, only saying “sorry” as an apparent afterthought while she did so..
