We hired Michael Earl for our adoption case. I wasn’t really that confident that it would go smooth or even successful at all, and it was hard to relax and dive in. From the moment our consult began, he had a lot of great ideas on how we could navigate our complicated case with the difficult bio parent from the start. He wasn’t talking to me like a client, I felt like he was talking to me as a parent himself with the best interest of his own kiddo in mind. Every piece of advice he gave I took, and returned at the soonest possible moment to hire him and proceed with the case. When I was a mess again later that the bio parent would change their mind, he called me personally and gave me input, reassurance, and options if that happened. Although ultimately it went off without a hitch, it was worth every penny we paid. He drove a couple hours to meet us at the final hearing and in person was just as nice, upbeat, and genuinely down to earth as he was on the phone.

I highly recommend Jonathan Edward’s if you have to file for Bankruptcy. The whole process was pretty easy. If I had a question I got a quick response. Kalynn was amazing. The whole staff were very friendly. For something that should be stressful, wasn’t. If I needed an attorney I would use this firm again. Thank you for being so caring.

Michael was extremely helpful in a case I had this past year. To make a long story short, my case was dropped and I didn’t even step foot in court. Michael later went out of his way to help with additional legal advice that helped me in a more recent legal issue at no additional charge. I can’t recommend him enough.
