They will call you 5-10times daily 1 week before all your court dates to ensure you go! Was on a payment plan that increased a week before Christmas!! was threatened by the Owner to pay or else, inwhich I had never missed 1 payment! I called because I’m trying to bail out my boyfriend, they were the first company I called due to the 5* rating… But the second they answered the phone, he had attitude with me, questioned everything I was saying and asked me why I was calling them and not some one else. Which to me was a very unpleasant and awkward phone call. I had to end it abruptly after I asked if something was wrong and he laughed and me and told me to call someone else…. I don’t know what I did to him, but that was the worst phone call I’ve had in a very long time .. . Ive never bailed someone out before so I’m not very knowledgeable on the subject so instead of being rude and short, you could have suggested what I can do instead… Idk… I’ll never use them in the future is all I know.
