Let’s be clear they are here to help not hold your hand. They are a great resource for anyone thats trying to navigate their own legal troubles. Their website is a gem with plenty of literature explaining how certain type of cases play out and they offer workshops to teach you how navigate your case. In person everyone that attended me was very helpful. Thanks!!

Response is almost instant through email. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and most of all they have the answer to everything I asked. They provided links with information that was not difficult to understand, and if it was they would clarify.

They can’t help with district court cases. This is frustrating because questions have no answers. It is great what they do for justice court but any other court, you are on your own.

Very helpful. Was a wonderful experience. Was quoted by an attorney that his retainer was $5,000.00. Did the paperwork at self-help and it only cost me $159! Everyone there was so helpful and the line went quickly. There new system is awesome!
