In December of 2015 I was driving in Ulster County, New York when a Tractor Trailer illegally blocked my lane, causing a crash. I didn’t just sustain one serious injury, I sustained several serious injuries, including a TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury). This prevented me from ever working again. I would HIGHLY recommend Finkelstein & Partners if you are ever in the need for a personal injury attorney. In December of 2016, I was in a very bad car accident when another driver was not paying attention to the road. I was taken by ambulance to the hospital, tried recovering thru physical therapy and ultimately needed spine surgery and had permanent hardware placed in the cervical area of my spine. This was a very difficult time for me and my family. The attorneys and case manager assigned to me were compassionate and caring, I did not feel I was just a file on someone’s desk. Whenever I spoke with them, I was told that my job was to concentrate on getting better and leave the legal work to them. Now, two and a half years later, my case was settled and I am very happy with the firms representation throughout this entire process. Bad things do happen and when you need help, you should not hesitate to give them a call.

This is a great injury firm. Definitely would use them and I tell everyone if you have a serious injury from an accident they are the best in all of NY. I was a truck driver making a deliver in Pennsylvania, just outside Philadelphia when I was hurt. I live in Ulster County and I had heard of Finkelstein & Partners and I knew they have an office in Kingston so I called. Even though the law offices and attorneys are throughout NYS and my injury happened in PA, they could handle my case. It was the best call I could have made. I dealt with people in their Newburgh office and everyone was super nice and always returned my calls. My case assistant was in the Wappingers Falls office in Dutchess County and she always called to see how I was doing. The best thing about them is that they always kept me fully informed about my case and allowed me to make the final decision as to whether to go to trial or to settle. Even after my case settled they helped me structure my future and take the pressure off.
