I picked Michelle Frechette off of the NM Bar Association’s website. I was scared. I have extremely limited experience with the law and the was shaking when the judge told me the maximum penalties I might receive if found guilty for my citations. Michelle patiently walked me through all of my options and which one she recommended and why. She was clear about her costs up-front. Even if the outcome had not been what I wanted, her legal expertise would have still been a steal. An amazing value! An even better person! Thanks to her, this solo Mother is not in jail, did not have to pay fines, and was able to have my citations cleared after a 90-day deferment. I am grateful to her wisdom and compassion. I hope to never need her services again but cannot recommend a better defense.
