Critical: Professionalism, ResponsivenessJon Garman doesn’t care about you. He’s impossible to reach unless he wants to be found. You’re just another dollar sign to him. We had a scheduled hearing with him. He was 41 minutes late. We tried calling the office to find out how much longer he’d be and the old maid who answered the phone was very rude and incredibly disrespectful. I told her that if I had been this late to the hearing, he would have marked me absent and I would have had to deal with the repercussions of that. To which she replied, (sneering) “well when he gets done he will contact you. Just make sure you answer the phone”. How convenient for him. Ok thank you. “Well next time we can make you come in earlier “ and she hung up on me.Every experience with this law office, from Garman down to the miscreant cohorts that work in his office, has been less than desirable.
