I have experienced harassing matter’s throughout years of what I believe is related to known circumstances with family physician practice in Leroy NY, as well of residents, family members, I believe those involved with these continued matters are receiving confidential medical information and perhaps are related with these disturbances. I am aware there are some whom have affiliated connections with this violating cause of non authorized released medical of doctor/patient confidentiality, perhaps even falsified identity. I know some of these disturbances are evident of harassing intimidation of residents where I reside. I do not fear so much of endanger, as that has been existing, I have suspicion of the one’s involved, what is the best solution with this case? I know these ones also receive information of often at time’s postings/status and/or express matters on my facebook account which is the reason I do and will. However, seeking advice as for now, and making this aware to law enforcement of the county I reside. PKP 3/1/2016
