We sought a Green Card Through Marriage, and received our green card from USCIS 10 months after our first meeting with Cathy (about 8 months from the moment we filed the paperwork). I was in removal proceedings in Eloy, Arizona, facing deportation for a criminal felony offense I had committed. I had spent 6 years in prison for the felony. When I met Jesse, she had a plan for how to fight and win my deportation case for me. Her office helped me apply for bond, they went to every court hearing with me, and I was released on bond while my case was still waiting for trial with the judge. I was in removal proceedings in Eloy, Arizona, facing deportation for a criminal felony offense I had committed. I had spent 6 years in prison for the felony. We had a lot of questions and concerns regarding the immigration process and from the moment we spoke with her, we felt very comfortable.
