Hankey Law is NOT recommended by any means! The firm received one (more) star solely due to the acceptance of the case. However! I was assigned representation yet spoke with no one, ever. I made the initial phone call to communicate my interview with Social Security was completed. Nothing was said in response. A claim was stated that 2 voicemails were sent but I didn’t get them. I haven’t spoken with anyone concerning my case.

Part 1 – So far, everyone at Hankey Law Office has been professional while also being very friendly and empathetic towards me and my situation. Honestly, the only reason for the 4 star review is due to the fact that it seems to be taking quite some time and with my current health issues and the doctor’s prognosis of life expectancy – I just fear that I may not live long enough to receive my benefits. And furthering my concerns are the facts of my situation which are that I have no family or anyone else to assist me, I’ve been homeless and hungry, and I can’t work due to my health problems and mental health issues. This was never part of my plans in life, but how can doctor’s tell you that you’re very ill, you’re going to die, and yet you’re DENIED disability benefits??? It just doesn’t make sense to me. Fingers crossed that I will receive my benefits after my upcoming hearing and I will be back with 5 stars ++++!!!
