He went behind my back and did unspeakable things and took my money to do it. I was the only one who did not know what was going on. He caused great harm. There is no way to ever repair the damage he caused. Because I thought his conduct was intentional, methodical, fraudulent and criminal, that he was not acting as a servant of the court and he did not uphold the law, I reported him to the South Dakota Bar Association.
