Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ResponsivenessThese guys are amazing, you want them on your side!I had the unfortunate experience of a bad deal from a dealership that left me with a used car with a defective soft top. Luckily, when I was looking online to see what options were available to me, I came across Hanson & Walgenkim’s website and on a whim sent a message. I originally spoke with Mr. Walgenkim who was professional and courteous. He said that while he couldn’t take it on at the moment, he would refer me to his partner Mr. Hanson. I am more than satisfied with Mr. Hanson’s work on my case. He was clear with what he needed from me and was patient anytime I fumbled some document. When I had questions Mr. Hanson was always gracious with delivering a clear and concise response that satisfied my curiosity. I quickly grew to trust his professionalism and aptitude.We ended up avoiding going to court and the settlement got me back all I was out plus fees for Mr. Hanson’s time and care. Young is amazing! I was in a situation with a used car dealer where certain things were not verbally disclosed and I found out after the fact of purchasing the vehicle. I was certain I would be stuck with a lemon because I had signed an “As is” contract. I tried contacting other lawyers and none of them even answered the phone or you had to leave a message with their secretary. This was not the case with Young. He answered the phone on the second ring and immediately started getting all my information and listening to my situation. Long story short Young was able to get the dishonest dealer to take the car back and return my money almost immediately. I am forever grateful for people like him in this world that just want to help those that were taken advantage of. For all those scrolling through reviews trying to decide where to go for help stop looking and call Young. He’s professional, efficient and effective. Thank you so much for all your help Young!

I had a horrible, nightmare experience with a very well-known dealership that were extremely dishonest and crooked! Feeling helpless, I decided to call an attorney for advice. Mr. Walgenkim was truly a God send! He answered on the first phone call, was a good listener, patient, caring, kind, knowledgeable, and super helpful. All week he took my phone calls and always called me back within 30 minutes when I’d leave a message. One time, Mr. Hanson answered a phone call and was kind and helpful; offering to take a message and even letting me know exactly when I can get a hold of Mr. Walgenkim as he was in a meeting. These two men are amazing! Mr. Walgenkim ended up taking on my case and within a week, he won the case! I got everything back that was robbed from me. But most importantly, after dealing with such evil people at the dealership and even having anxiety at the thought of stepping foot into another dealership, Mr. Walgenkim’s good heart showed me that there are still caring people in this world that choose careers because they genuinely care about human beings, care to protect and help them. Young is AMAZING! We bought a used car that had mechanical issues immediately off the lot. The oil light came on while we were driving home. Young was a life saver throughout the entire process. He was responsive, kind, informative, and very protective of us. I believe he has found his calling in life and is gifted in this line of work. It is not everyday that someone walks their calling and is such a blessing to others in the process. Incredibly impressed! I never thought I would be involved in pursuing a lawsuit, let alone hiring a lawyer with the moniker “I Sue Car Dealers” but then we bought a used car that had numerous serious, undisclosed issues. When we called around to try to figure out if we had a recourse, a DMV rep mentioned their firm. Adam was great to work with! He’s professional, a good communicator and he gets results. Calling Young Walgenkim was the best choice I could’ve made. I bought a car that died on the first drive after bringing it home. He sounded confident that I had a good case which made me feel like there was a chance that this dealership, that sold me a lemon, wouldn’t get away with stealing the money I’d saved for a car I desperately needed. And he did just that. He got me more in the settlement than I’d put into that car. He was very professional, knowledgeable as well as kind and really good at what he does. Young and Adam were great to work with. They were informative without making us feel pressured in any of the decisions we had to make. I especially liked that I was given enough information to be completely informed, but not the unnecessary details that would have overwhelmed me. Our case ended up going to trial and I found that they were completely prepared and professional. I can definitely say that they had thought of every possible surprise or outcome and prepared for it. We did win our case and I would recommend them to anyone neading lawyer who specializes in dealing with car dealerships.
