We’re focused on protecting individuals and their families in need of nursing home care. Our typical client calls us while in crisis, meaning that they are in need of long-term care, but do not yet qualify for medical assistance (aka Medicaid) benefits. They typically have some money to pay now, but with some nursing homes charging more than $10,000 per month, they will not be able to pay privately for an extended period of time. Rather than paying the nursing home charges out of pocket until they run out of money, we help our clients to qualify for medical assistance as fast as possible while protecting their assets to the fullest possible extent. Our plans encompass both Medicaid planning as well as Estate Planning.
