Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ResponsivenessRude, office doesn’t answer the phone, doesn’t relay messages, doesn’t return calls. The secretary is snotty and will not give any information, even though I was given consent by my incarcerated fiance to be able to speak on his behalf regarding the case to the lawyers face, suddenly they are unaware of that consent just so they do not have to talk to me. They refuse to let family help their incarcerated loved one. They will not file your requests in a timely manner with the judge. Mr. Harper down talks to you as if you are intellectually beneath him. Rude, office doesn’t answer the phone, doesn’t relay messages, doesn’t return calls. The secretary is snotty and will not give any information, even though I was given consent by my incarcerated fiance to be able to speak on his behalf regarding the case to the lawyers face, suddenly they are unaware of that consent just so they do not have to talk to me. When it was my turn, he told the judge lies….I never said and when I went to speak up, he held his hand in front of my face. I would have told the judge the truth.
