1. I hired this firm and paid roughly $60,000 to date. Upon termination/withdrawal they did not send a formal end of retainment letter with a run down of the 9 months of payments like most firms do, even refusing to comply when asked for one. This is how things usually went there.

   There were far too many mistakes and serious issues that occurred so I will just highlight a few. Liane Wakayama failed to show up at the hearing we had waited months for in which she promised to ‘ hold the trustees feet to the fire” then never even showed up. Not her first but one if the most serious failures. The brand new associate came and failed over and over to open her mouth at any of the other lawyers lies.

   Failing to tell the judge that the other lawyer lied when he said a condo had a recent appraisal, failed to tell the judge he lied when he said the trustee always paid bills and other lies but the biggie she failed to mention was that the trustee had a mandatory obligation to give me 90% of one of my trusts and the judge ruled against me because of it leaving me to further oppression financially while the trustee withheld my money.

   Liane Wakayama and Kate Ludwick along with the opposing counsel, all together failed to notify me of this. Failed to notify the judge of this and conspired to oppress me of my legality entitled property for over a year now.

   Liane on the morning of 1/11/23 told a judge she had a lot of objections to an accounting, Liane then later in the same morning of 1/11/23 told me she thought I should approve that same accounting. I know, it’s hard to believe but as a first amendment and constitution student, I can assure there’s proof of everything I’m saying 9r I will state it as an opinion. It is a fact Liane and Kate withheld the imperative information that I was entitled to 90% of my trust even when they heard the judge at another hearing Liane failed to intervene when the judge said if I have no money, call legal aid ( my trusts are millions) Liane also in emails stated she felt it a good idea, not onky to approve the accounting she said to the judge she objected to, and then it continued.

   Liane and Kate also wanted me to give indemnity to the trustee literally as there were and still are signed documents in the courts where Liane and Kate say the trustee breeches her fiduciary duty.

   I cannot speculate as to what kind of an attorney asks their client to help the other side to their own detriment but personally I think Kate and Liane are very dishonest and unethical people on top of all the above refused to tell the judge the truth and file a motion for reconsideration and provide the information she’d been lied to about but Liane said she knew that judge well and they cannot tell the judge she made mistakes or was lied ro because the judge will get mad. I don’t know what’s going on there but what kind of judge wouldn’t want to know they made a mistake and were given misinformation? What kind of lawyer lets another lawyer lie like to harm her client that and can sleep at night?

   On the bright side the staff is nice, they were professional and courteous and the accounts guy was also ver7 nice. Kate also is despite her failures in th3 court room she a very good writer .

   So much more than above occurred but there’s no room so this is the highlights.

   I wouldn’t recommend Liane Wakayama or Kate Ludwick. Bizarrely she was very upset about my legal non tortious reviews when she has 39 five star reviews that are all solicited, Then after years with no reviews she not only had a couple of grid reviews one even mentioning my review. It’s so odd a grown woman behaves this way, even at a hearing complaining to a judge about my review which the judge herself said wasn’t that bad. It’s so sad what’s going on in our justice system.
