Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, ValueThey don’t mention an evergreen retainer when you first hire them; they are in no rush to help people; I think they are scamming desperate families. It takes you having to contact them so they can charge you $95-195 hrs. They eat up that money by pushing emails and answering calls, after paying a $2995 retainer fee under an evergreen meaning u pay for the retainer then every little call or email they run up your tab; I had to email my own judge to get a mediation which they charged me me for the work I provided to get the mediation meeting which the lawyer only attended 5 mins. Just don’t go here. What I did in one day solving an issue with the insurance they couldn’t do in over 20 days. Loosing money and time. Go with Bryan Gutierrez way more organized and giving you true results.

You need to give a reason why you couldn’t help Cheryl Hernandez in her case against Walgreens. She can’t hear her phone at times and works a lot. We need a answer. I thought you guys deserved justice?! What kind of justice is this? She got discriminated at her job and came to you for help and you just act just like the rest. We have been struggling since October to make ends met with rent and bills because Walgreens decided to throw her under the bus.
