Andy was our lawyer and in our introductory meeting he asked not only questions about the case but personal questions to get to know each other more personally and how we wanted the case handled. We understood there may be some additional fees involved based on having the firm execute certain things vs. me doing it myself but Andy made sure we understood all those tradeoffs and just handled it.
