Critical: Professionalism, ResponsivenessI booked an appointment with them on the web and got a confirmation email with that address. Arrived on time (9 am), but no-one was there, office closed! Called the office, no-one picking up the phone. Left a message and almost three hours later no-one has even called me back. Outrageous!
