My whole family has been coming here for years but sadly will have to do our taxes elsewhere. The staff is very unprofessional. Even though I had an appointment, they had me waiting almost 2 hours and gave priority to someone who walked in after. According to them the appointment was made incorrectly due to their fault (never had this issue previously). At the same time they didn’t offer any solution yet they were eating/chit chatting among each other at the front desk.

Very unprofessional!! I walked in this “H&R Block” location at 1015am to write my name in the clipboard, I said good morning to the secretary and sat down. She didnt say anything, after a while people kept coming in asking her when will “he” come in. She got up went to hide in another room. Other clients came in and they said they been waiting since it open at 8am. It’s now 11am, another secretary came in and the one who was hiding in the back ran to greet the new arrived one and started loudly complaining how hard it was to deal with people and answering the phone (basically doing HER job) because WE ask her too many questions. Maybe if you guys were professional, have reliable people, and actually do your job, you wouldn’t be stressed. I feel sorry for you if you ever go work in a real professional office environment. I suggest everyone to go 424 32nd St, Union City, NJ 07087 H&R Block. They took me in less than 10 minutes and I was out in 15. They are professionals and the secretary was very courteous letting me know updates on when I will be seen. I will be reporting this office to H&R Block corporation.
