Critical: Professionalism, ValueThey have wonderful personalities, and they a good at their job, If you have a W-2 forms. If you are self employed and/or a freelancer, this place is highly un recommended. They filed my taxes with the result of owing them $500 and owing the IRS $800+ After my deductions and using my stimulus toward it. I knew something was not right, because I have already calculated my deductions personally. When I went through filling my taxes on my own WITH THE SAME information given to H&R Block, on top of over estimating my income this time for a test run, I had nothing owed to the IRS. And that’s with my mileage and meal spendings alone. I still get my stimulus as well. Again, wonderful if you work for a company as a normal employee, but terrible for freelancers and self employed workers. I’m very livid over their lack of experience on filing self employed individuals. I’d rate them -5 stars if possible. Because I do not understand how I alone can file my taxes with Turbo taxes software and my deductions come out as I predicted, and I’m sitting there about to pay $500 just because I had an assistant do it for me and could not even pull it off. I was pressured to use H&R Block, I completely regret it more than anything. I feel bad for wasting their time and having my time dramatically waisted As well.Also, I have not completed my 2018 tax form, I have only signed it and have yet to pay it because of complications (it was filed behind my back by someone I know, I wasn’t mad.) and some how they cannot find it and my return for that was marked sent even tho it never was sent. I don’t understand how it could be sent when I signed the paper last year, (2020) and have not paid for it yet. I strongly believe their documents or their software is messed up dramatically somehow or it got messed up over the past 2 years. Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, ValueYour agent was very friendly and helpful in preparing my tax return nice experience,I’ve been to other places where the service wasn’t as friendly and helpful , I’ll be back next year for sure, thanks H&R.
