Loved going to H&R Block (New Castle) was always highly recommended used Joyce Hinsey she always seemed to get us the most back until this last year she totally messed us over filed our taxes we still haven’t gotten them back we’ve contacted By phone Emailed her she’s totally avoided us then when we call back we’re told she’s out of office for the season and NOONE ELSE CAN OR SHOULD I SAY WILL ASSIST US! wouldn’t recommend waisting your time with this branch!

The service was very prompt. Minimal input from me to complete the filing. Rep was relatively clear on the filing cost. I really wasn’t aware that the bank also charges a fee to file electronically until the very end of the session. Can’t say I agree with the bank getting a cut of my return. I am very satisfied with H&R’s service. I have used them multiple times.
