If you like to be ignored and have your your time disrespected this is the spot for you. I call to this office on 13th Street the receptionist answered put me on hold and hung up on me. I call the H&R on Harrison, awesome customer service, the receptionist not only answered my general questions but set me up with an appointment for the H&R nearest which is the on on 13th, me for 4:30. I leave work get there 30 minutes early. Took the receptionist 15 minutes just to acknowledge my being there. The tax rep I was supposed to see (Ankur) did pop out around 10 minutes prior to my appointment a 430 to which the receptionist stared to ask my name and both said I’ll be right with you. I left at 5 with nobody saying a word to me. I told them I was leaving cause I don’t like to waste people’s time. I understand them getting and being busy. But so am I

They asked if I would like to come back and have them give me a phone call when they were ready for me or if I would like to wait in my vehicle. I waited in my vehicle and it was a short wait. The called me to come in and I was assisted by a Estella Martinez. She was extremely efficient, knowledgeable, and had exceptional customer service skills. This was my first time filing with H & R block in the 20+ years I’ve been filing and I have never received the amazing customer service experience I did here or receive the highest amount of tax return I have ever received in all my years of filing.
