My taxes this year were way more complicated than normal plus we had to go back and amend the previous two years, so I was extremely nervous about getting it right. Annie was our tax professional & she was great. I’m not going to say she knew everything because it was a learning experience for her too, but she was very knowledgeable & anything she was unsure about she checked with her supervisor Heather, who was great too. I saw someone had a negative experience, which is unfortunate and hopefully an isolated incident that was resolved because everyone I dealt with seemed nonjudgmental & professional.

My husband and I worked with Tiffney Esplin and had such a great experience! She helped work through our complicated financial statements/pell grants with my university, and she helped us get the best tax return possible. She also said that she could look at previous tax returns that we did ourselves and check to see if we did it correctly/possibly get us more money.

This location does not support LGBTQ+. My wife and I went to this location to get a tax form from the previous year and we were treated horribly. Instead of printing off the form I asked she wrote it down on a sticky note. There were comments made to us that we weren’t raised right and Utah deserves more BYU locations because people aren’t raising their kids right. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED RESPECTFULLY.

I went in to have my taxes done and my agent (Anna) had no idea what she was doing. every time I presented her with information she went to the back for several minutes to talk to somebody who was more experienced then came back asked another question and would go back to talk to the supervisor again. I was in there for a half an hour and didn’t get past my name.
