Complete waste of time at this office. They advertise that the notary service does not need an appointment, it is a walk in basis. We showed up and needed to wait for two witnesses. There were other people in the office and we had no problem waiting for her to help others that had their stuff ready. Once our witnesses arrived, which was about 5 to 10 minutes later, suddenly she doesn’t have time to help us. Refused to help, refused to provide the service they advertise. She was rude to us when we didn’t have the two witnesses and she treats her customers like an inconvenience. Lost all future business from us for sure.

Not to mention they over charged me and could not explain why. I still am fighting to get explanation of my bill which seems outrageously high for a single person. I complained to corporate and they were not willing to help because it is a franchise. H&R Block is a disappointing business who does not care about their customers. The lady that helped me wasted my time. Now I have to go back Again after today. She acted bossy rushy and rude. She talked about nonsense which in my opinion wasted the time that I needed from her. Went in there talked about nothing then left without getting anything done. She wasted the time inappropriately.

Never again, they lost my paperwork twice and then tell me “we never had it”.. left me with a mess just a few days before the deadline. Do yourself a big favor and don’t go here, I don’t know what goes on but it isn’t in the clients best interest.
