Actually I was not happy with the service at all. My preparer was efficient however the whole process was not. I was a return client and still had to pay 2x more than a. ew client for a simple return. Then I opted in for the peace of mind and 9 times out of 10 you don’t need it for a simple return. I after 5 weeks received a notice that my return was adjusted due to the ssn of my dependant, and or last name was either missing on one of the required fields or computed wrong. I feel that I should receive the $363 in preparation fees due to an error that was not made by me.
