Jim was wonderful. He was flexible when I had to change appointment times and answered easily and promptly through text. He was friendly and professional during the document signing process. There was a slight mix up on my part and he even went back out of his way to complete all of the documents I needed even though I had miscommunicated. I really appreciated it since we were signing things for my sons Mission and are on a time crunch for his Visa. Overall Jim was fantastic.
