I had a TSA PreCheck 10 am appointment and my husband and I arrived ten minutes early. The waiting room was full and there was no one at the front desk and no place to sign in. A woman came out of an office and we told her we had an appointment and asked if we should sign in. She told us that the receptionist wasn’t there, not answering our question. We asked her if we would still be seen at 10 am or thereabouts and she motioned to the other people waiting and indicated they would be seen first. We had no way of knowing whether they had appointments as we did, or how long they had been waiting, since there was no sign in sheet. We left. I just flew recently and the TSA line was run infinitely more efficiently than this place.

Went there for TSA Pre Check. The layout of the office does not make sense and it is a very small waiting room with lots of people. Once you move to the interview room there is no door and people waiting 10 feet away who can hear everything you are saying. Isn’t this some sort of HIPAA violation when they are asking you questions about your personal information? I would recommend finding another location.

Made an appointment for 5:10. After waiting in line for 45 minutes was informed only then that the machine was down and I would have to come back. No note on the door, no email or text prior to driving there or waiting in line. Horrible.

The woman that did my fingerprinting today was absolutely terrible. I had to wait more than 10 minutes past my appointment time because she was on the phone. But, she was still on the phone the whole time she was taking care of my fingerprints. No communication, no demeanor, just terrible. And, isn’t it a HIPAA violation for her to be on the phone while she’s handling and dealing with confidential information and appointments?

The lady who took care of me was incredibly rude and was manhandling my hand while getting fingerprinted rather than saying anything to me. She spent the entire time having a phone call through her airpods, and when I asked her a question afterwards she just replied with, “you’re done! you’re done!”.

Could not accommodate us walking in at 430pm even though they close at 530. Went on Tuesday to do TSA pre check and of course they don’t do it that day, does not say that on website. Cannot make a scheduled appointment on website. Receptionist was rude.0/5 stars
