Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ResponsivenessFirst of all, the male receptionist answers the phone very unprofessional. Mr. Ramon that handles the car damage part FAILS to communicate with me I have to be calling CONSTANTLY for ANY update. I as a client want to hear from them so that I know they’re taking care of the case. They take FOREVER!!!!! To just find out if the other party has inaurance or not, I don’t even know how long its been since they’ve been trying to figure that out. Ramon had already told me that he would send me documents to close the case because they said the other person didn’t have insurance and I never received those documents, THEN when I called back they said they needed to make sure the person absolutely had no insurance and so now they were contradicting themselves because they had already told me there was no insurance!!! Now they have me waiting while they investigate if the person has insurance or not. They contradict themselves so much and I will never recommend this lawfirm to anyone! First of all, the male receptionist answers the phone very unprofessional. Mr. Ramon that handles the car damage part FAILS to communicate with me I have to be calling CONSTANTLY for ANY update.
