I got a speeding ticket in Chapel Hill and contacted Jennifer Allen Law for representation. Jennifer and her staff were responsive and really helpful as I navigated my way through the process. I was able to do the entire thing online, from completing the intake form, to submitting payment, to getting the update after my court date. Jennifer’s team kept me aware of the status of my case every step of the way.

Critical: Quality, Responsiveness, ValueI hired Jennifer Allen Law to represent me in court for an out of town traffic ticket. I opted for the flat fee which would cover court costs, fines and legal fee. I paid this 2 months before my court date. Jennifer represents me in court, gets the fine lowered and then tells me I need to pay court costs. I call her office and speak to her assistant, her assistant realizes her mistake and says she will correct it, I’m good, all fines, legal fees and court costs have been covered in whole. Fast forward almost 2 months later and I get a letter in the mail that my license is in jeopardy of being suspended indefinitely if I don’t pay my fine for the citation. WHAT?!?! I’m not sure what Jennifer Allen law does with the money I paid her, I signed a contract that stated the flat fee would cover all fines and charges and now this.I called her office assistant, because speaking to Jennifer apparently is not possible, and she says, I’m sorry ma’am, we will pay it this week. What? You were suppose to pay two months ago. I hired Jennifer Allen Law to represent me in court for an out of town traffic ticket. I opted for the flat fee which would cover court costs, fines and legal fee. I paid this 2 months before my court date. Jennifer represents me in court, gets the fine lowered and then tells me I need to pay court costs. She was responsive and took steps to ensure that the Clerk’s office records were up to date. They seemed nice and helpful at first, but once they received my payment I stopped receiving communications until they decided to plead guilty without trying any alternatives. PLEASE CHOOSE A DIFFERENT LAWYER, yes she is affordable but YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.

I would highly recommend Jennifer Allen Law! I received a traffic ticket while on vacation in North Carolina that required me to go to court. She appeared for me and reduced my ticket so that all I had to pay were court costs. I noticed on other reviews I read that people were saying they had a hard time reaching someone when calling the office. This was not my experience at all! Someone answered every time I called in. Her staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. When I emailed Jennifer, she would usually respond within a day or two. Her services are priced very reasonably, I was only charged once for her services even though she appeared in court several times for me. I am very impressed with this law firm and would definitely use them again in the future!

I am beyond pleased with my experience in dealing with Jennifer Allen and her staff. I got a speeding ticket 4 hours away from my home and was ignorant to the process since this was my first speeding ticket. She and her staff communicated with me via email which was incredibly convenient due to my hectic schedule, sent one of the most clear, concise and informative emails I’ve ever seen explaining exactly how the process would work, and took care of business and handled things exceptionally. I’m glad I chose Jennifer Allen to represent me for a speeding ticket I received in NC. I live in MD and after all the lawyers I called and talked to I decided to go with her because she was the most reasonably priced and still very professional. I ended up saving about $300 choosing her opposed to a few other local NC lawyers I spoke to and she got me the best out come possible. No points or anything, just a minimal fine and my insurance premium will remain the same. Thank you so much Jennifer!
