As my paralegal, she never failed to keep me updated in my case, walked me through every step on the way, and always made sure I was comfortable with the decisions we had to make. After a year, nothing was done – and unbeknownst to me, I had signed a bad document that the lawyer forgot to warn me about, which cost me $25k of any settlement.
