Katerina and the entire team at Kanner & Pintaluga have been the most helpful group of professionals I have ever dealt with. This was the first time that I dealt with being hit by another vehicle. They walked me through the process and made sure I was well informed prior to deciding to have them take on my case. They were great at trying to reach me by phone, voice-mail, text, and email. There was never a delay in transmitting information to me and they were always prompt with any needed documentation. Their professionalism kept me informed and above all else they gave me piece of mind. I was never worried through this entire ordeal because of their hard work.

The only reason I am not giving this 1 star is because the reductions specialist Taylor K was phenomenal and absolutely wonderful and the reviews directly affect her. She was very professional, patient, empathetic, and handled my case as best she could. She would take all my calls, answer all my questions and never tried to rush me off the phone. Had, I only been dealing with her from start to finish; than this review would be much more positive and higher rated. Taylor K gets 5 stars!!! K&P gets half a star if I could give it. Prior to her handling my case, I had an absolutely terrible experience with this firm. Getting in contact with your case manager is a literal game of cat and mouse. Between never getting in contact with the right person, getting sent to voicemail or even hung up on; it had me regretting hiring some big law firm to handle my accident. My case was handled by 3 different managers (1 of which who quit) and each time it changed hands; I would only find out after me calling. I was told so much conflicting information from different people; it was almost laughable that this is a credible law firm. One of the people who took my call even complained how they were overstaffed and dealing with a lot of different cases. It’s not my job to care about that. If K&P cant hire enough people to run a law firm that is organized and personable, then I pray the good people like Taylor K move on to better and greener pastures. I honestly can not recommend this firm to anybody. Trust me when I say you can do better if you just do some research. Plenty of smaller firms or individuals who will do a better job than Kanner & Pintaluga. Taylor K was great and if you get a chance to work with her as an individual or through this firm; you are in good hands. The only positive thing i have to say about Kanner & Pintaluga is hiring Taylor K. Aside from that, I do not recommend them to anybody.

Adela has been very helpful in every way . You call her she’s quick to get things done. Have called others in your firm takes days and sometimes never calls back. My therapist have reached out several times reached out to office to settle for granddaughter. Had call Adela she got right on it. I was in a wreck that totalled my SUV. 1/5/22. I was out of work until 3/24/22. The original bills totaled 17,000 but one of the medical bills was lowered by 10,000 of an adjustment. I have emailed and called everyday for 3 weeks. Nobody has gotten back with me other than a lady arguing with me about the amount. I just really hope they are not saying the bill amount and what they pay out of my settlement will be different. I have been left in the dark this whole way and no communication with them. It’s frustrating because they are playing with my money. I’m a single mom of 4 kids been out of work for 2 mnths. Please I hope I come out of this accident with some comfort. UPDATE– THE TOTAL reduction prices took less than a week. Taylor K is awesome. She got my file sent reduction request they got approved and I signed the documents to close my case within a week. She is awesome and very attentive. Great job Taylor

My experience with Kanner & Pintaluga has been ok thus far but I think definitely could be better. It is very difficult trying to get ahold of someone that is working on your case. The best person in that office that met my needs and answered any questions I had was Kelsey Harris from the property damage coordinator. Kelsey stayed on top of my case until I brought my car to the shop. She arranged everything for me I feel like I wasn’t getting anywhere with the insurance company but she kept calling them and stayed on top of my case. She is really attentive & great at what she does. It was so easy working with her.

The worst law office ever! I really wish I could give no stars! My accident happened back in March of this year. I was called by America the woman who supposedly is assigned to my case back in late June with a low ball offer & promise to call back in a month. Here it is almost November and no call! I called two weeks ago & left a message with Chris the new guy on my case and still haven’t received a phone call. These people are more concerned with an image. I deleted a previous review after receiving a phone call yet again promising to handle my concerns and if I could take my review down. I will not continue to play this game with you guys! Better business bureau it is!

Very unsatisfied. They kept me halfway in the dark throughout the whole process and never received replies to my emails or phone calls until we neared the end of my case. I felt completely screwed out of my money and I felt like they did the bare minimum and cheated me. They just didn’t seem to care about my case AT ALL. Absolutely HORRIBLE experience and I’d strongly advise anyone to find a different attorney or firm. In the end they really just made the situation more stressful and barely accomplished anything. And FINALLY when I got my settlement it was nothing because of the ridiculous attorney fee that was more than I was even given. How do you get off making more money than me off my case?
