Received a call from William Quiceno and let me tell you that I wish I would of never answered his call. When you read the other reviews, they aren’t lying. He is very rude and unprofessional. Made me feel uncomfortable and belittled. I don’t know know why after so many complaints, you don’t see that he is the problem. When I first meet her 13 years ago she was the only one who understood my case and gave me the right and professional advice that I needed. Gretchen and Nancy at this law firm are awesome! They took our case after a different attorney told us that my husband will never be able to get his residency through marriage. The other attorney was very incompetent and pretty much anything she told was simply not true…Gretchen stepped in and finished the process for us. She was awesome! Both her and Nancy were super patient and detailed. The rest of the process with them was smooth sailing. They submitted our waiver and got it approved without any issues. They prepared us more than excellently for the interview and we got approved. We were referred to this company by relatives and they did not disappoint.
