They were trying corner me into admitting some sort of fault and that any injuries I sustained were ‘pre-existing’. I knew I needed professional guidance. After contacting Kiley Law Group I met with Attorney Henderson. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and he advised me on how to go forward dealing with insurance. Attorney Henderson ended up handling our case with the utmost professionalism, and he along with Jennifer on the Paralegal team kept in contact along the way. Absolutely no complaints and it was incredibly relieving knowing I wasn’t going through it alone. We are pleased with how the case was settled and that it is all behind us now. I was attacked and bitten by a dog as I was walking in my neighborhood last summer. It was one of the scariest things that ever happened to me; it was so unexpected and terrifying. I was bitten in my upper arm, was bleeding and had to go to urgent care immediately (which was scary in itself during a pandemic!). All I could think of was, What if that had been a child walking down the sidewalk? That would’ve been her face! I still have an ugly scar on my arm to this day. Anyway, I didn’t know what to do so I gave Kiley Law Group a call. I found out that I could open a claim with the dog owner’s home insurance company and could potentially be compensated for my injury. Kiley Law Group took care of the entire process, always letting me know if there was anything I needed to do, and calling me frequently to check up on my treatment. It was such a relief that I didn’t have to deal directly with the insurance company! The process was so easy, and in the end Kiley Law Group got me a great settlement, much more than I expected!
