The absolute best firm to go with, if you are considering bankruptcy. My husband and I didn’t know what to expect, never having gone through this before. Kevin Kinkade was nothing short of awesome. He sat down and explained everything. Never judged us or made us feel ashamed for having to file bankruptcy. Through our payment plan, he was right there for us. If we had any questions, even at 4:50 on a Friday evening, he was always happy to help and just so kind. I don’t know that my husband and I will ever be able to express how appreciative we are of the kindness, and feeling that we were not alone in the process. Kinkade and Associates were so caring and helpful to my needs. All of the staff are wonderful to work with. They don’t make you feel bad because of the situations you are in. They just want to help you get through it and be able to start rebuilding your life. When I check around they were also the most affordable firm. I hope I don’t have to ever file again, but if I do I will go to Kinkade and Associates again. They are great at returning your calls. There were times that they would call me back around 7 pm.which was great for my schedule. If there were 10 stars to give them I would give them 10 stars in a heartbeat.
