I sought out services from Krekelberg Law Firm for a divorce I was going through. Lindsay Forsgren was great to work with through this multi-year, very stressful process. I really appreciated her ability to work with me as a human being and someone who understands first hand family life constraints – for example, after I paid my retainer I was in a tough financial situation and she helped me work through my situation as I was able to set up a contract for monthly payments to keep the process moving. She was also very frank with me about what the potential outcomes could be – I really appreciated that while she was supportive, encouraging, and confident, she also didn’t sugar coat things and give me false promises. All the support and kindness I received from others working at this firm helped me through this as well.

I was falsely accused of harassment and needed legal assistance. I was referred to Lindsay Forsgren. Before she would talk to me she wanted money, she agreed to take the case and wanted a lot more money. Lindsay Forsgren was condescending, disrespectful and did not care about the false accusations against me. She did not have the time to deal with my case, she was in the office Tuesday-Thursday’s. I was pressured to sign a agreement for the restraining orders to be dropped. The agreement was broken within days by the accuser. Forsgren response was there is nothing I can do about that. When I asked how much money was left in the retainer, Forsgren stated “Oh yeah, you owe me more money”.

I dealt with this firm for a number of years on various matters. I liked the attorney I dealt with and the support staff on a personal level, and they are knowledgeable and forthcoming. They are very flexible with billing, but they are not timely with it, nor do they keep you apprised of the balance. They are also difficult to reach.
