Positive: Professionalism, QualityAttorney Lane is one of the best landlord attorneys in the area. He is well respected by the Judicial system and his colleagues. He is known for his high level of competence handling summary process matters. I’m writing this review because I was shocked to see a low Google rating. When I read the reviews I realized that the negative reviews are not from his clients but were from a few tenants who were unfortunately facing eviction. In the past, I have seen Atty. Lane speaking with tenants at court. I noticed him speaking with them respectfully at all times and really going out of his way to negotiate with them with consideration and fairness. Attorney Lane is one of the best landlord attorneys in the area. He is well respected by the Judicial system and his colleagues. He is known for his high level of competence handling summary process matters. I’m writing this review because I was shocked to see a low Google rating.
