I’m with the person who was reluctant to give one star. She is very personableand makes you feel like she really cares. But they will never answer their phone and it takes forever for them to call you back after several messages being left. We started my fathers Medicaid application with her beofre he went in the nursing home and he has been there 2 months and still not taken care of. Sadly we found out the nursing home could have helped us with all this and saved our money
